Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

LIFE CARE HOSPITAL & DIAGNOSTIC CENTERRoumari, KurigramHospital contacts
Background
The patient is a one-year-old boy who lives with his parents, elder sister, and elderly grandmother in a five-member family. His father works as an auto-van driver and earns approximately USD 57 per month as the family’s sole breadwinner, while his mother is a homemaker, leaving the family struggling to afford basic necessities and essential medical care. They live in a modest tin-shade house with a mud floor and learned about Helpster Charity through a staff member of Life Care Hospital while seeking help for their sick child. After suffering from a persistent fever for one month, along with cough, cold, and breathing difficulties, the young boy was diagnosed with typhoid fever and urgently needs appropriate treatment. Without timely medical care, his condition could worsen, potentially causing severe dehydration, intestinal complications, bloodstream infection, and other life-threatening consequences.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, appropriate antibiotic therapy, fever management, and supportive care are recommended to treat the patient’s typhoid fever. With timely treatment and close monitoring, his fever and weakness are expected to improve, supporting his recovery and helping prevent complications. Without proper treatment, typhoid fever may worsen, potentially causing severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, bloodstream infection, and other serious complications. Given his young age, prompt medical care is essential to support his recovery and protect his health.
