Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The patient is an 18-year-old young woman who hopes to recover and build a healthier future with the support of her family. Her husband provides no financial support, so she depends on her father, a day labourer earning approximately USD 50 per month, who struggles to support the household while covering her medical expenses. Following a cesarean delivery after prolonged labour and breech presentation, she developed severe seizures, dangerously high blood pressure, a serious brain infection, reduced urine output, electrolyte imbalance, and a severe urinary infection that spread through her body. She required urgent ICU care and was referred from Rangpur Medical College Hospital to Good Health Hospital after no ICU bed was available, with a volunteer helping her family complete the necessary documentation for Helpster Charity. Without timely intensive treatment, her condition could deteriorate further, leading to permanent neurological damage, organ failure, or death, making financial assistance critical to her survival.
Medical history
Most. Tisha Moni, an 18-year-old female, developed severe postpartum convulsions and eclampsia following childbirth on October 05, 2026, after prolonged labor associated with post-dated pregnancy and breech presentation. She was admitted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital on October 09, 2026. Her condition was complicated by meningoencephalitis, severe oliguria, electrolyte imbalance, and urosepsis. Due to the unavailability of an ICU bed, she was referred to Good Health Hospital with support from Helpster Charity and admitted on October 11, 2026, for emergency treatment and intensive care. Despite medical management and close monitoring, her condition remained critical. According to the death certificate, she passed away on October 14, 2026, at 1:04 AM due to irreversible cardiorespiratory failure following cardiac arrest, associated with urosepsis-related septic shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) in the setting of postpartum eclampsia.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, the patient requires immediate intensive care, appropriate medication, fluid and electrolyte correction, and close monitoring to manage postpartum eclampsia, meningoencephalitis, and urosepsis. With timely treatment, the aim is to control seizures, stabilize blood pressure, restore electrolyte balance and kidney function, and control the infection. If her condition improves, she may be transferred from the ICU to the general ward for continued care. Without urgent treatment, she faces a high risk of further seizures, brain injury, kidney failure, septic shock, multiple organ failure, and potentially death. Intensive medical management is critical to improve her chances of survival and recovery.
