Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Rukayat is a seven-year-old girl in Primary 1 who enjoys learning, playing video games, and spending time with her siblings. She performs well in school, loves English Language, and dreams of becoming a doctor to help sick people. She also enjoys helping with household chores. She was met by the Helpster team during medical outreach in Mile-12. She had fever and catarrh and couldn't attend school. Medical examination suggested possible malaria or an upper respiratory tract infection. Rukayat needs appropriate treatment to help her recover fully and return to her normal activities.
Prognosis
Management will focus on administering an effective targeted treatment plan to control the underlying infection and resolve his ongoing symptoms. With appropriate therapeutic intervention and patient compliance, the clinical prognosis remains excellent for a prompt and full recovery. If left untreated, malaria may progress to severe illness and cause anaemia or organ complications, while an upper respiratory tract infection may worsen or lead to complications such as pneumonia.
