Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Aisha is a 13 y.o. secondary school student who is having symptoms of Enteric fever for more than 10 days due to the inability of the family to pay for medical bills. Aisha lives with her father, who has no specific job rather participates in ad hoc/casual jobs when the need arises. Aisha goes out for hawking on daily basis to support the family. She likes reading and dancing as her hobbies. Admission date - 27. May 2023.

Medical history

She was successfully treated for Acute Malaria/Plasmodiasis.

Outcome

The patient was presented to our facility with step ladder fever, fatigue, vomiting, dizziness, anorexia and a headache. If not treated, it can lead to internal bleeding in the digestive system, splitting of a section of the digestive system or bowel, which spreads the infection to nearby tissue.
