Adekoya's Journey with Helpster
Adekoya Adetola volunteers as a community liaison officer for Helpster in Nigeria, and has been helpful in both medical outreach and case admission. Offering his logistics skills and community knowledge, Adekoya bridges the gap between indigent children in need of vital medicare and donors, coordinating case admissions and mobilising support at the community level.
He combines his experience in community healthcare and passion for serving the underprivileged to ease their medicare access and empower them. He has facilitated several medical outreaches and supported a lot of fundraising efforts in Nigeria. "I volunteer so I can create an impact in my community".

John Loves Saving Lives
John Wanyama is one of our Kenyan volunteers. He's passionate about helping impoverished children access vital healthcare. John coordinates case admissions by working with community hospitals, families and other nonprofits to find children who are ill but their parents cannot foot their medical bills.
John acts as a mediator between these children/parents and Helpster, ensuring that the cases are admitted for funding, to save the children's lives. "Knowing that my small actions are helping to put smiles on people's faces is my motivation. I volunteer for Helpster because so many children suffer and even die due to lack of financial means to access essential healthcare. So, I'm contributing my quota in solving this problem".

Khairul Arefin is a volunteer in Bangladesh, and has been instrumental in coordinating several cases in his community. He has passion for community work and demonstrates it in his volunteering at Helpster.
