Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
David lives with his grandparents and enjoys playing football and handball, as well as riding his bicycle. His favorite meal is meat and chapati. He dreams of becoming a farmer like his grandfather, envisioning a farm filled with produce and cattle that he can milk to get his favorite drink - milk. Recently, David's grandfather brought him to the hospital, reporting that David had been unwell for the past three days. He had a productive cough, a runny nose, a headache, and general body malaise
Medical history
David was suffering from bronchopneumonia, he was treated with antibiotics and antihistamines. Two weeks later the mother brought him for check up which she was very happy for the child's recovery, she thanked Helpster Charity so much as David is now happy and stronger again to continue with his studies in school.
Outcome
If left untreated, bronchopneumonia may lead to permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicemia (infection entering the bloodstream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
