Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Sidratul, a one-and-a-half-year-old girl, resides with her family in Narayanganj. Her father, Mohammad, labors diligently at a garment factory to sustain them. Meanwhile, her mother, Sumaiya, tends to their household affairs. Sidratul is the middle child, with a seven-year-old sister and a one-year-old brother. However, she currently grapples with Acute Gastroenteritis, suffering from symptoms such as abdominal pain, frequent loose stools, fever, and vomiting. Despite seeking treatment from a nearby government hospital, the prescribed medications yielded insufficient relief. In a stroke of fortune, Sidratul's father enlightened him about Helpster Charity and Narayanganj Polyclinic. Now, Mohammad and Sumaiya earnestly implore Helpster Donors to assist in alleviating their daughter's suffering.

Medical history

Sidratul's disease was acute gastroenteritis which means inflammation of the stomach, small or large gut resulting in diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting and fever. Patient had developed dehydration also. In this condition the appropriate treatment is fluid infusion. Patient had got conservative treatment with Cholera saline, paracetamol, ceftriaxone, oral zinc and probiotics. Now Ayat is doing well, she is back to her normal life with smiling face of her parents. Thank you Helpster Heroes and Narayanganj Polyclinic Team!

Outcome

Gastroenteritis can cause significant loss of fluids and electrolytes through vomiting and diarrhea. Without proper treatment, dehydration can become severe and require urgent medical attention.
