Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hudson is a cheerful four-year-old boy who enjoys playing with toy cars and airplanes, often mimicking their engine sounds. He occasionally assists his mother with washing utensils using his tiny hands, which she appreciates. However, Hudson's well-being took a turn when he began experiencing a sensation of a foreign object in his eyes. Excessive scratching resulted in discoloration around his eyes and eventually, redness and excessive tearing. As the discomfort persisted and his eyes started to ache, he was promptly taken to the hospital for medical attention.
Medical history
Hudson was put on Destrex syrup 60ml, 5ml OD and Amoxil syrup 5mls BD and was released to recover at home
Outcome
Bacterial conjunctivitis may require antibiotic eye drops or ointment. If left untreated, conjunctivitis can sometimes lead to more serious eye conditions, such as an infection of the cornea (keratitis) or an inner eyelid infection. In rare cases, it can lead to a serious infection involving the whole eye or orbital cellulitis, a severe infection surrounding the eye.
