Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Hadiza Muhammad is a 12-year-old child from a low-income home, living with parents in the Internally Displaced Persons Camp in Damaturu. Hadiza was well until she developed a fever, rashes, and neck swelling and became quite unwell. She was presented to our facility for examination and investigation and was diagnosed to have Thyrotoxic storm. She requires urgent medical treatment.
Medical history
12-year-old Hadiza was admitted with fever, rashes, neck swollen, and illness. She was diagnosed with a Thyrotoxic storm. She received urgent medical care at the hospital, after which the symptoms subsided and she was discharged.
Outcome
With proper urgent treatment and management has good prognosis. Otherwise is very dangerous
