Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Harrison is a cheerful young child who loves playing with his brother's toys. His favorite food is French fries, and whenever you ask him what he wants to eat, he happily jumps and says "pipo," as he still can't pronounce "chips." He also enjoys playing with water, pretending to help his mother with cleaning. Recently, Harrison developed a runny nose and experienced pain while swallowing. He couldn't swallow any food, causing it to drool out of his mouth, and he would touch his neck, likely indicating pain in that area.
Medical history
Harrison presented with running nose, cough , sorethroat and swelling of the epigastric region, an abdominal ultrasound was normal, and he was diaognosed with acute pharyngitis . He was prescribed syrup amoxil 2.5mls BDx5/7 and syrup alatrol 2.5mls ODx5/7 and was released to recover at home
Outcome
If left untreated or if the immune system is weakened, the infection can sometimes spread to other parts of the respiratory tract, causing conditions like bronchitis or pneumonia. Untreated strep throat can lead also to many potential complications. Bacterial pharyngitis, specifically strep throat, is typically treated with antibiotics, such as penicillin or amoxicillin.
