Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Esther lives in an orphanage with other children under the care of the guardians. She enjoys molding clay and creating various crafts, and she loves cooking and eating chapati, a type of unleavened flatbread. Esther also delights in playing with the younger children at the orphanage. Recently, Esther was brought to the hospital with persistent, burning pain in the epigastric region. Despite taking medication, the pain did not subside. This discomfort was accompanied by frequent vomiting, which left her weak by the time she arrived at the hospital.
Medical history
Esther was diagnosed with gastritis. She was treated in outpatient department and discharged home with oral drugs to continue at home and was scheduled for the next return date follow up visit . Two weeks later Esther came for a check up which she was showing a good recovery. Her parents were very happy and thankful to Helpster Charity for saving their daughters life.
Outcome
Untreated gastritis can lead to erosion of the mucosal lining, increasing the risk of developing ulcers and even gastric bleeding, which poses a serious health risk.
