Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Talia, an orphan, resides with her grandparents in the suburban area of town. She's described as shy and modest, finding joy in playing handball games. Talia's favorite treats include milk and chapati. Interestingly, she aspires to become a pastor someday. Recently, Talia's uncle brought her to the hospital due to persistent and increasingly painful swelling in her cheek. This issue began three days ago, and despite trying over-the-counter medications, there's been no improvement. Instead, both the swelling and the pain have worsened.
Medical history
Talia was diagnosed with sepsis. She was treated in the outpatient department with broad-spectrum antibiotics. She was scheduled for a follow up visit, two weeks later she came with her guardian who expressed so much joy and gratitude to Helpster Charity for saving their daughters life. Talia can now perform her routine activities without any pain or discomfort.
Outcome
The inflammatory response can damage organs, leading to their dysfunction or failure. Septicaemia is a leading cause of death, particularly if not promptly treated. Survivors may experience long-term physical, emotional, and cognitive effects. Broad-spectrum antibiotics are administered through an intravenous (IV) line to target and combat the underlying infection.
