ammary, a playful 5-year-old, delights in playing with toys and crafting mud toys. He lives with his single mother and grandmother, bringing joy to their home. Lammary attends kindergarten and is dearly loved by his family. However, tragedy happened when Lammary was struck by a speeding motorbike. He was quickly taken to the hospital's emergency room and later moved to the High Dependency Unit due to the severity of his injuries. Lammary lost consciousness after the accident and began convulsing upon arrival at the emergency department.

Lamarry was involved in a road traffic accident; he was hit by a speeding motor cycle. He was brought to the hospital in a critical condition and immediately admitted to the High Dependency Unit. The child was comatose and was having convulsions too. A CT scan of the head showed a depressed skull fracture and some hemorrhage in some part of the brain. The child's condition deteriorated in the High Dependency Unit and despite neuro observation, oxygen therapy and all efforts to save the child's life, he passed away.

Lammary needs to stay in an Emergency Care unit as the doctors monitor the injuries and fight their progression. The main risk is posed by the severe head injury, that most probably caused certain brain damage. An Emergency Care unit is an area within a hospital dedicated to providing immediate medical care to patients with acute and often life-threatening conditions.
