Nusrat, a five-year-old girl, resides in Dhaka with her parents. She finds joy in playing with toys and other children, aspiring to become a nurse when she grows up. However, her past seven months have been fraught with pain and swelling in the submandibular region on both sides, along with difficulties in breathing, sleep apnea, and mouth breathing. Nasrin, her mother, is deeply troubled as Nusrat's condition hampers her ability to eat properly. Despite numerous visits to a government hospital, they were either denied treatment or asked for funds they couldn't afford. The family struggles to cover basic expenses such as rent and food, let alone the daily medications Nusrat requires. Turning to Dhaka Community Hospital, they discovered Helpster Charity. Nasrin, desperate for assistance, implores Helpster Charity to cover the surgery and alleviate her daughter's suffering.

Nusrat Akter was diagnosed as chronic tonsillitis. She spent 4 days in this hospital. Tonsillectomy has been done and after that antibiotics, fluids and other medication are given. Now Nusrat is back to her home with a lot of happiness and joy. Her mother said that she was unable to bear the treatment cost of the surgery. She can't explain her happiness to see her daughter to be normal from these sufferings with the support of Helpster Charity.
