Lenzer lives with her mother and her grandmother. Lenzer's mother is still a student at secondary school level so they financially depend on their grandmother who is a small scale farmer in the village. For the past 4 days Lenzer has been experiencing hotness of the body and vomiting after oral intake. They had gone to the nearby clinic when the symptoms begun, where she was treated but symptoms did not improve much. Lenzer's grandmother reports that they also did not have enough money to purchase the medication. After treatment Lenzer's health improved and she was discharged in a stable condition.

Lenzer was diagnosed and treated appropriately before the disease progressed. The prognosis is good
