Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Faith is 24 year old street mother who lives with other homeless children in the streets of town. She is a very hard working lady, she goes around town, walking from house to house and homestead to homestead to look for any menial jobs like washing people's clothes to earn money. She sometimes buys fruits on wholesale and hawks the fruits around the town. If given a chance Faith would like to be a business lady. Faith is expectant and it is past her expected due dates to deliver. She has a uterine scar due to a previous caesarean section putting her at a risk of uterine rupture if not monitored closely during this time when she is already at term. She reports to have visited a government hospital but was turned away because the doctor's are on strike and are not on duty. She has been very worried because she knows that having a uterine scar means that she has to be in hospital at this time when her dates are already due. She lost her baby born out of the caesarean section because of the fact that she arrived late at the hospital; and the lateness was because of the conditions she was living in, making it difficult for her to reach the nearest government hospital where she would have been assisted. She had heard about Helpster Charity but was aware that she is past the age limit that Helpster Charity assists. She nevertheless requested Helpster Charity to assist her
Medical history
Faith is a 24 year Old pregnant woman from street children of nyahururu town. She is at term with a pregnancy complication of one previous scar and postdatism. She reported to have visited the government hospital for the casearian section but due to the doctor's strike, there was no way to help her. When I visited the children's street places, they requested Helpster Charity to help her as a special Case despite the age, she is so bitter since no one seems to care for her grievance. According to her she has lost the past two pregnancies as a result of delayed delivery and the environmental conditions she is living in, when she heard of Helpster Charity it's like God has answered her prayers, she is begging Helpster Charity to help her raise funds despite her age to facilitate her delivery expenses. Kindly am also requesting Helpster Charity on her behalf.
Outcome
Cesearian section is done when the life of the baby or the mother is at a certain risk. The procedure can be successful when done on time and the two lives will be saved without any complication as Faith is one previous scar and postdatism, the baby is at risk of developing skin problems and she can experience labour which might lead to uterine rupture as a result of previous scar. Prognosis is good
