Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Dan is 15 y.o. boy who is a firstborn out of 6 children. He likes playing football. His favorite team is Manchester United. He is Grade IV at Lutonyi Primary School. When Dan grows up, he wants to be an accountant and probable work in the bank. Dan is a hard working boy and works hard both at school and at home. His father is proud of him because he is a good example to his younger siblings.

Medical history

Dan was admitted to the hospital with abdominal discomfort, which subsided before he was discharged. On the day of his release, he was thrilled because there was a football match taking place in the field next to his home, and he was eager to watch it.

Outcome

The patient was presented to our facility with abdominal pain, inability to pass stool, fever. The patient was diagnosed of severe malaria. If not treated, it can lead to further complications.
