Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Out of 5 children, Blessing is the fourth born. She goes to Madisi primary school in grade 1, she wants to be a lawyer, likes watching TV and singing. She is already in the school choir. Her father is a small salesman in the village. Blessing is meant to be on regular follow up at the Sickle Cell Clinic, but the mother says she is unable to afford that, so the child does not come to the hospital for check up every month, and also does not take her medication.

Medical history

On the fourth day of her stay in the hospital's in-patient wards, Blessing's gentle singing brought warmth to the hearts of the healthcare workers tending to her. The mother was delighted to discover that she could attend the clinic knowing that Helpster Charity would cover her daughter's medical expenses.

Outcome

The patient was presented to our facility with unbearable joint pains The patient was diagnosed of Vaso-occlusive crisis in a known sickle. If not treated, it can result in avascular necrosis and other complications.
