Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Hanningtone is an 18-year-old boy popularly known as Tony. Tony is a humble, church-loving individual who aspires to join the military after school. Tony is also talented with electronics; during his free time, Tony plays around with broken radio parts, trying to fix them. When not fixing broken radios, Tony plays football and is an avid supporter of Manchester City. Tony's mom found him sleeping during the day, which was unlike him. She asked if he was okay, and Tony said he was okay, just a little cold. Tony's mum went for some errands and came and found Tony still sleeping. She touched Tony's neck and found him extremely hot. She then sought help from a neighbor who had a motorcycle and took them to the hospital. Tony was found to have severe malaria and is currently admitted.

Medical history

Hanningtone is an 18-year-old boy popularly known as Tony. Tony is talented with electronics; during his free time, Tony plays around with broken radio parts, trying to fix them. Tony's mom found him sleeping during the day, which was unlike him. Having noticed that his son was unwell, he took Tony to the nearest hospital and left him in the hospital being attended to as she went to borrow money from friends that she would use to pay for the treatment. She did not succeed in getting any money, but one of her friends told her that there was a charity organization in the hospital that would be able to pay for her son's treatment. By the time she got back to the hospital, Tony had already been diagnosed and put on treatment for malaria. She enquired about the organization that pays the medical fee for underprivileged children and she was informed about Helpster Charity. Tony responded well to treatment and they were glad to have gotten the ideal treatment for the illness and did not pay a cent for it.

Outcome

The patient had received the treatment, and fully recovered from severe malaria and typhoid fever with immediate treatment and close observation during a couple of days. If left untreated, the patient could develop complications such as cerebral malaria, coma and even death.
