Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Bokoli Subcounty Hospital

Bokoli Sub-County Hospital, Sikata - Kimilili Rd, Bokoli

Background

The 8 year old boy who would like to be a teacher when he grows up, likes to stand infront of the classroom and act like a teacher. His classmates love this because he at times imitates the teachers who teach them. He has been unwell for the past 3 days, with abdominal pain, headache, cough and loss of appetite. Has been discharged on August 21st, 2023

Medical history

Emmanuel had a cough, fever and poor appetite. He was sent to the lab to test for malaria, do a full haemogram, and a chest x-ray. After the tests, doctors found out he had severe pneumonia. He was treated at the hospital as an out-patient, and his parent was advised to continue the treatment at home to complete the recovery. A few days later, Emmanuel’s mom returned to the hospital after her son finished his medication at home, to thank the hospital and Helpster Charity again.

Outcome

Prognosis is good with proper medical treatment. Otherwise, it can lead to complications
