Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Bokoli Subcounty Hospital

Bokoli Sub-County Hospital, Sikata - Kimilili Rd, Bokoli

Background

Jayden is in grade 1 and is a hardworking pupil. He wants to be a bank manager. He likes watching movies and reading charts. He also likes playing with his friends. He has been unwell for the past 3 weeks, with pain on swallowing and hotness of the body.

Medical history

Jayden had been experiencing pain while swallowing for three days before being brought to the hospital. Upon examination, it was discovered that his tonsils were highly inflamed, causing the pain. He was prescribed oral medication to take at home and instructed on how to gargle with warm salty water. Jayden responded well to the treatment and recovered fully.

Outcome

Tonsillitis should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, the discomfort will remain, and the inflammation may develop and spread onto the other organs. An abscess can form around the tonsils, causing severe pain, difficulty swallowing, and the need for drainage or surgical intervention.
