Jonah is a seven years old child who innocently told the doctor that apart from feeling sick, he is also hungry. He went further and said that his mother can only afford to make for them one meal a day, that is in the evening. He presented to the hospital with abdominal discomfort, vomiting, cough, general body malaise and hotness of the body for the past 4 days. He would like to be a doctor when he grows up and likes to play football in his free time.

Jonah had never been to the hospital since childhood, making this his first visit. He had been experiencing general body malaise, vomiting, cough, and fever for the past three days. After a thorough examination, the doctor sent Jonah to the laboratory for further investigations. He received treatment and fully recovered.
