Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Robert is a happy seven-year-old boy who loves to play football. He dreams of becoming a police officer someday. In 2020, a small lump appeared on the front of his neck. His mother couldn't afford to take him to the doctor for surgery because of money problems. Now, the lump has gotten bigger. It's pressing on things in his neck and even makes it hard for him to breathe when he lies down.
Medical history
Robert is a cheerful seven-year-old who loves playing football and dreams of becoming a police officer. In 2020, a small lump appeared on the front of his neck, but due to financial difficulties, his mother was unable to take him to the doctor for surgery. Since then, the lump grew larger, pressing on structures in his neck and even making it difficult for him to breathe when lying down. Recently, he underwent surgery to remove the mass, and he is now doing very well, with no more discomfort in his neck.
Outcome
The child has to undergo a mass excision at the site. The delay will cause discomfort to the child and hence he will lack concentration at school. Treatment usually involves surgical removal, especially if the cyst is large, growing, or causing symptoms. The surgery aims to remove the entire cyst to prevent recurrence.
