Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Samuel is the youngest in his family, and he lives with them. He enjoys playing with their chickens, especially the baby chicks, although he's a bit scared of the mother hen. Recently, Samuel got sick and had a fever. He even had convulsions, which are sudden, uncontrolled movements. He also didn't want to eat during this time.
Medical history
Samuel was brought to the hospital with a fever, convulsions, and refusal to eat. He was diagnosed with severe malaria, which had led to the convulsions. Initially, the medical team focused on controlling the convulsions and reducing his fever to prevent further episodes. Samuel was treated with appropriate medications as an inpatient. By the second day of treatment, he was able to eat again. He continued to progress well and was discharged after completing his prescribed course of treatment.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
