Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

Background
Mitchele is a happy 14-year-old girl who lives with her grandmother. She's always making jokes and is very well-behaved, according to her grandmother. When she grows up, she wants to be a teacher at a university. Unfortunately, she got burned pretty badly while trying to take some hot porridge off the fire.
Medical history
Michelle reports that she was doing well until six days before coming to the hospital, when hot poridge sufuria slip off her hands and spilled on her left foot whereby she had sustained a first-degree burn. She was given pain-killing injections and antibiotic medications. She was then scheduled for daily dressings, which has improved her condition significantly.
Outcome
With proper treatment, including consistent dressing changes to the burned areas, Mitchell is expected to recover quickly. This means she'll be able to return to school as soon as possible. However, if the burn isn't treated promptly and correctly, there's a risk of infection, prolonged healing time, and potential scarring. It's crucial to address the burn properly to minimize these risks and ensure Mitchell's full recovery.
