Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Angel is a 6-year-old girl who lives with her parents, siblings, and grandmother. She enjoys helping with household chores, such as getting water and washing dishes. When she grows up, she dreams of becoming a journalist and even pretends to be like one of the national news reporters on TV. Yesterday, Angel got sick, and this morning, her mom noticed that her cheek is swollen.
Medical history
Angel had been unwell for a few days and on the day she was brought to the hospital, her mother had noticed that one of her cheeks was swollen. She was examined by the doctor and in the process was also discovered to be suffering from a urinary tract infection. She was treated for both and responded well to the treatment.
Outcome
In males, the mumps virus can infect the testicles, leading to a condition called orchitis. This can result in pain, swelling, and potential fertility issues. Mumps can cause viral meningitis, an inflammation of the protective membranes around the brain and spinal cord, leading to severe headaches and other neurological symptoms. Mumps can potentially cause sensorineural hearing loss, which is permanent hearing damage. Mumps should be treated with pain relievers and fever reducers, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen, can help alleviate discomfort and reduce fever.
