Background
Princes is the fifth child in a family of 12 siblings. She's currently in the second grade and loves playing football both at school and at home. Her big dream is to become a doctor when she grows up. Princes went to the hospital because she was experiencing a headache, abdominal pain, cough, and joint pains.
Medical history
She started showing sign of itching and irritation of the body 3 weeks ago and she was diagnosed with malaria and scabies she was given appropriate treatment ,princes she is from a poor background family so before coming to the facility she was just at home because the family could not even afford to buy drugs from a chemist so she was brought to the facility by a good Samaritan who came to commit himself to the facility but was referred by hospital doctor to come and see helpster coordinator who took care of her .She was given best services and on her discharge the girl was happy and smilling since she had been treated well at facility with aid of helpster.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
