Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

Background
Didan is a bubbly boy who likes making his toys out of mud and playing with them. He suffers from sickle cell and was brought to the hospital with fever and vomiting, and was diagnosed to be suffering from severe malaria and pneumonia. He was treated fast because malaria often provokes a crisis in sickle cell, which is a severe pain in the joints.
Medical history
Didan came to the hospital with vomiting, high body temperature, severe headache, joint pain, and dizziness. Didan suffers from sickle cell disease ironically, and he was diagnosed with severe malaria and sepsis. He was put on intravenous antibiotics and anti-malarials and improved well. He was discharged to go home when he got into a stable condition, to continue with the sickle cell medication which he should take daily.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
