Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Medical history
Keziah is a bit shy and takes time to warm up to new people, but once she makes friends, she enjoys playing with them. She dreams of becoming a doctor when she grows up. A few days ago, she developed a sore throat, making it painful to swallow, along with a high fever. An oral examination showed swollen tonsils with pus pockets, confirming she had tonsillitis. By the time she came to the hospital, she was afraid to swallow even light fluids due to the pain. She received the appropriate treatment and was taught how to gargle with a mouth wash. She has since made a good recovery.
Outcome
Tonsillitis should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, the discomfort will remain, and the inflammation may develop and spread onto the other organs. An abscess can form around the tonsils, causing severe pain, difficulty swallowing, and the need for drainage or surgical intervention.
