Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Emily lives with her mother because her father passed away a few years ago. She's a diligent girl who dreams of becoming a police officer to make the country safer. In her free time, she enjoys playing football. But today, something happened. She almost fainted in class because she suddenly felt a very sharp pain in her stomach.
Medical history
Emily fell ill at school, nearly fainting in class due to a sudden sharp pain in her upper abdomen. She was quickly taken to the hospital, where a physical examination and laboratory tests revealed she had gastritis. After receiving treatment, she responded well and fully recovered. She was also counseled on factors that can worsen gastritis and advised to avoid them. She is now doing well and completely healed.
Outcome
If gastritis is left untreated, it can lead to a range of complications and ongoing discomfort. The persistent inflammation of the stomach lining can result in the development of peptic ulcers, causing more severe pain and the potential for bleeding or perforation of the stomach. Untreated gastritis may also lead to anemia due to chronic blood loss, resulting in fatigue and weakness.
