Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ashley is a girl who likes to play leg ball in her free time and also likes to make dresses for her toys. She is in kindergarten, and she would like to be a doctor when she grows up. She was brought to the hospital with persistent fever, generalized rash in the whole body and loss of appetite.
Medical history
Ashley was brought to the hospital complaining of pain on swallowing, cough, and she also had a generalized pustule like rash on her body. She was diagnosed with chicken pox, tonsillitis and pneumonia. She was treated for the chicken pox and her parents advised to isolate her for some time so that the chicken pox does not spread to her neighbours and friends. She was put on antibiotics for the tonsillitis and pneumonia and she improved well and healed.
Outcome
Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
