Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Muhammed is an 11 year old boy, who loves to play with friends. He dreams of becoming a pilot. About 2 years ago, he developed inguino-scrotal swelling and was noted to have obstruction, associated with pains. Currently, he is receiving medical care.
Medical history
Muhammed was admitted for surgery on December 22, 2023, to address a left inguino-scrotal hernia. The surgery was successful, and he received appropriate post-operative care. He was discharged on December 24, 2023. Muhammed is now doing great and has resumed playing with his friends without any swelling, discomfort, or pain.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
