Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Shalom is a gentle and peaceful boy who has a passion for football. He would like to be a professional footballer when he grows up. He does well in his studies too in class, but is very determined to be a professional footballer. He came to the facility with pain in the teeth which he says has progressed over the past 3 days and now making it even difficult for him to take meals.
Medical history
Shalom came to the facility with pain in the teeth which he says has progressed over the past 3 days and now making it even difficult for him to take meals. Upon examination, he was diagnosed with severe dental caries and had to have 3 of his teeth extracted. He was counseled about oral hygiene to prevent further decay of some of his teeth which had already started showing signs of decay. He was allowed to go home on medications after the extraction, was reviewed again a week after and confirmed to be progressing well.
Outcome
If left untreated, caries can progress and cause pain, infection, and even tooth loss. Treatment typically involves removing the decayed portion of the tooth and restoring it with dental fillings or other dental restorative materials.
