Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Debra is an ambitious young girl who would like to be a teacher when she grows up. She will often be found in the front of the class behaving like a teacher if the class has a free lesson. She is also a known sickler who takes her medication daily. She presented to the hospital with symptoms of general body pain, dizziness, dry cough and chest pain.

Medical history

She is also a known sickler who takes her medication daily. She presented to the hospital with symptoms of general body pain, dizziness, dry cough and chest pain. She was diagnosed with painful crisis and put on the necessary to alleviate the pain and also treat her of the infections that exacerbated the painful crisis. She responded well to treatment.

Outcome

Pneumonia should be treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, pneumonia may lead to the permanent lung damage, respiratory failure, septicaemia (infection entering blood stream and causing sepsis), pleural effusion (accumulation of fluid in the space between the lung and chest wall, which can make breathing difficult), and other life-threatening complications.
