Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Muwafa is 11 years old, and he's the second child in his family. He really enjoys playing football. But for about four years, he's been having a sore and painful throat. When he has these pains, he can't play or even eat properly. Muwafa has been taking antibiotics and painkillers for a long time because his family can't afford the surgery he needs.
Medical history
Muwafa, an 11-year-old boy, presented with adenotonsillitis and severe symptoms. After examination and approval from Helpster, he was admitted for surgery. He underwent a successful adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy without any complications. Three days after the surgery, he was discharged home. Muwafa's symptoms have stopped, and he can now swallow without pain. He is much better and can play with his friends without any discomfort.
Outcome
Enlarged tonsils can trap bacteria and viruses, leading to recurrent throat and ear infections. These infections can cause discomfort, pain, and may require repeated courses of antibiotics. An adenotonsillectomy is a medical procedure in which both the adenoids and tonsils are surgically removed. The adenoids are small glands located at the back of the throat, while the tonsils are situated on either side of the throat.
