Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

Background
Halima is a six year old intelligent girl, who is active and protective of her younger siblings. She loves eating snacks and dreams of becoming a lawyer when she grows up. About five days ago, she developed fever, headache, anorexia, and vomiting. She needs to be treated for severe malaria.
Medical history
Halima was treated with artesunate injection, 4.3% pediatric saline, paracetamol injection, multivitamins, and oral medications. She is now feeling better.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
