Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Safullahi is a 14-year old boy, who attends secondary education and loves playing games. A month ago, he first presented to the clinic with complains of pains around his abdomen and sides (lumbar region). Currently, the pain has become severe hence the need for urgent medical treatment.

Medical history

Safullahi was admitted on November 25, 2023, and treated with intravenous fluids, antibiotics, painkillers, and multivitamins.

Outcome

The treatment for right-sided pyelonephritis with chronic cystitis generally involves a combination of the specific type of antibiotic, and pain-management medication. Without treatment, the infection can worsen, leading to more severe symptoms and discomfort.
