Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Vallery Nasimiyu Wanjala is a five year old reserved and isolated girl. While staying with the mother, the girl was sexually molested by an unknown man. In the year 2022 Vallary's mother left Vallary under the care of her old grandmother. She was enrolled for school and it is while at school that the teacher noted her state of social isolation from play and a need for frequent urination. The school advised the grandma to take the girl to Bokoli Subcounty hospital, where Vallary was evaluated.

Medical history

While staying with the mum, the poor girl was sexually molested by an unknown man. In the year 2022 mum brought the girl and dumped her under the care her old and ailing grandmother. She was enrolled for learning and it is while at school that teacher noted her state of social isolation from play and appearing miserable. The grandma was summoned at school and asked to take the child Bokoli Subcounty hospital where she was evaluated and thanks to God, found to be HIV negative. They referred the patient to a gynecologist for further management at Elgon View Medical Cottage where she has been diagnosed as suffering from psychological trauma requiring services of a pediatric counsellor and with the aid of Helpster the girl was treated and given best drugs and booked for monthly check up.

Outcome

Vallary will be treated with oxybutynin is a medication commonly used to treat certain bladder and urinary conditions. She will as well attend therapy sessions to process the traumatic experience that she has undergone.
