Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Muhammed loves playing football and dreams of becoming a medical doctor. Some months ago, he was noticed to have passed blood in his urine. Recently, he was diagnosed with Urinary Tract Infection and is currently on treatment.
Medical history
Muhammed Baba Kura was examined by the Doctor, his vitals were taken and he was referred for test at the Laboratory. At the Laboratory, his urine was taken for test. After the result of the test was out, the doctor prescribed drugs to Baba Kura. All drugs were give to him at the Pharmacy of the hospital
Outcome
The infection should be treated immediately, since it may spread onto kidneys, if left untreated. It will also keep causing pain and discomfort if the treatment is not received.
