Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

Background
Alhassan is two years old, and he loves to play with his twin brother. About two days ago, he developed fever, cough and catarrh. Also developed a boil which is discharging at the back of his ears 4 days earlier.
Medical history
The child was treated with antibiotics which is suspension Cefixime, antimalaria inj Arthemeter and Coartem tablet, vit c syrup and others. The symptoms are subsided and the child is much better now.
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
