Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Ibrahim is a 4-year old boy from a poor home who loves riding bicycle and dreams to become a teacher. About 2 years ago, Ibrahim's mother noticed that he developed a swelling in his right scrotum, this was initially smaller but gradually increased in size. The swelling has become non-reducible and quite painful.
Medical history
Ibrahim was diagnosed with an inguinoscrotal hernia and underwent surgery on January 12, 2024. The hernia repair procedure was successful, with no reported complications, and Ibrahim was discharged on January 14, 2024. Since then, he has experienced significant improvement, free from any swelling that could cause discomfort or pain. Ibrahim now actively engages in play with his friends.
Outcome
If scortal swelling is not treated, it can lead to prolonged pain, discomfort, and potential complications, such as hematomas (blood clots) or infection at the site of injury. The swelling needs to be surgically remove, to allow for a comfortable, painless life of the patient.
