Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Meet Milly, a 19-year-old girl known for her creativity and love for martial arts. She enjoys cooking and dreams of becoming a teacher. Milly is thinking of combining her passion for cooking with her love for teaching to become a culinary arts trainer. However, for the past three days, she has been experiencing stomach pain that started suddenly. Along with the pain, she has also been having headaches, chills, and rigors.
Medical history
Milly is thinking of combining her passion for cooking with her love for teaching to become a culinary arts trainer. Three days, prior to coming to the hospital, she has been experiencing stomach pain that started suddenly. Along with the pain, she has also been having headaches, chills, and rigors. This gave her alot of discomfort. She was diagnosed with malaria and peptic ulcers that was managed in female ward, and proceeded to full recovery
Outcome
Treating peptic ulcer disease generally involves a combination of medications to reduce stomach acid and, if applicable, eradicate Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. An untreated ulcer can burn through the wall of the stomach or small intestine, causing a serious, life-threatening infection in the abdominal cavity (peritonitis).
