Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Victor likes to help around with house chores and is very intelligent in school. He would like to be a Catholic Priest when he grows up. For the past 3 days, he had been complaining of dizziness, body itching, vomiting. He is always a jovial boy and seeing him dull and unwell got his family worried.
Medical history
the boy came with history of nausea, headache, fever, abdominal pain, loss of appetite and joint pains. He was sent to the laboratory for the test of malaria and results turned positive, he was taken to the pediatric ward for further treatment management and discharged after he improved, to continue with oral medication at home. A follow up done, three days after discharge confirmed that he was doing well
Outcome
for the case of sever malaria which is caused by parasite know as plasmodium Malerie which when not treated can spread to the brain leading to cerebral malaria,but when treated fully the parasite will reduce in the body .
