Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Shakil is a 9-year-old boy who lives with his parents. His dad drives a van and works every day. They don't have much money and life is tough for them. Shakil is in the 3rd grade at his primary school and he really enjoys playing cricket with his friends. He is determined to study hard, get a good job when he grows up, and make life happier and easier for his parents.
Medical history
Shakil was suffering from pain, a sore throat, and a fever, making it difficult for him to eat. He was diagnosed with tonsillitis, and a tonsillectomy was necessary. Shakil underwent the surgery successfully, with doctors using a special tool to remove the tonsils through his mouth. There was minor bleeding, but it was quickly controlled. Now, Shakil is feeling better and has returned to his normal life. Shakil's mother, Saklima, expressed her relief: "My son is happy again. No pain troubles him. He can eat and drink properly. We are no longer desperate. We are so happy to have met Helpster Charity and RUDO Hospital, who organized a high-quality surgery for my son."
Outcome
Enlarged tonsils can trap bacteria and viruses, leading to recurrent throat and ear infections. These infections can cause discomfort, pain, and may require repeated courses of antibiotics. An adenotonsillectomy is a medical procedure in which both the adenoids and tonsils are surgically removed. The adenoids are small glands located at the back of the throat, while the tonsils are situated on either side of the throat.
