Emmanuel O., 10

Emmanuel is a 10-year-old boy who comes from a family with little money. He's a quiet kid who enjoys reading and running around, and he dreams of becoming a doctor someday. But about three months ago, he started having stomach pains that keep coming back. He tried using herbal remedies from his community, but the pain didn't go away. In fact, it got worse. He is currently doing much better, no abdominal pains or fever, and he is actively playing with friends and family .
