Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Background

Zara was noticed by the mother to have became unwell, developed fever, loss of appetite.

Medical history

Zara was examined By Dr. Oche after he vitals were taken. She did had a test before drugs were recommended. They got the drugs at the Hospital's pharmacy and the child was fully treated and feels much better. The family were happy and grateful.

Outcome

When the Malaria is not treated urgently, it will spread of which can lead to cerebral malaria which can cause brain injury and death. ARI if not treated can cause respiratory failure and congestive heart failure. Gastroenteritis can cause diarrhea and nausea
