Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Patricia is a young orphan living with her grandma. She enjoys dancing and singing at church and school. Her favorite food is rice and beef stew. She dreams of becoming a teacher to help her grandma and siblings. She went to the hospital because she had a headache, chest pain, cough, and was vomiting
Medical history
Was presented in the facility with complains of headache, chest pain, vomiting and chest congestion. On examination was in a fair general condition. Her blood sample for malaria turned positive. The patient was given anti biotic and anti malarial injection and observed for 3 days. The patient was discharged after the 3 days to continue with oral medication at home. She progressed well
Outcome
Malaria should be treated promptly with the use of antimalarial drugs. If left untreated, it can lead to severe complications and even death. It can result in organ failure, severe anemia, neurological issues, and in some cases, prove fatal, making early diagnosis and treatment crucial for preventing these life-threatening consequences.
