Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Liam is a jolly young boy who likes to play and run around with his friends. He was presented to the hospital with a widespread rash, associated fever, and vomiting after oral intake.
Medical history
This was his first encounter in our facility, the patient presented with complains of vomiting: has had 3 episodes, watery nature with associated rashes in the body itchy in nature. Tested for malaria and full haemogram and the result was no malaria parasites and CBC normal. Was treated for the rashes and given anti allergy to use for 1 week and was discharged later after 6 hours of monitoring
Outcome
During gastroenteritis, dehydration acts as one of the main problems, caused by profuse fluid loss through vomiting and diarrhea, which significantly weakens the body. Accompanying complications are disturbances in the balance of salts and minerals, the loss of which can seriously affect the functioning of the child's body.
