Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Yusuf is an 11-year-old boy from a family with not much money. He's quiet, enjoys reading, and hopes to be an engineer someday. Three years ago, it was noticed that he had a swelling in his scrotum that could be pushed back, but sometimes it got blocked, causing pain and discomfort. Two years ago, doctors at another hospital diagnosed him with an Inguinal Hernia, but his family couldn't afford the surgery.
Medical history
Moh'd was admitted with an inguinoscrotal hernia and underwent surgery on February 20, 2024. The surgery and postoperative treatment were successful, and he was discharged on February 22, 2024.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
