Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Peter is a lively 6-year-old whose parent is a classroom teacher. He's outgoing and loves to sing and dance. He wants to be a musician when he grows up. Three years ago, it was noticed that he had a swelling in his scrotum. It started small but has gotten bigger over time, causing a feeling of heaviness and discomfort. Doctors at another hospital diagnosed him with a left inguinal scrotal hernia. However, his family can't afford the treatment because they don't have much money.
Medical history
Hussaini was admitted for surgery on February 22, 2024, due to an inguinal hernia. The surgery was successful, and he was discharged on February 24, 2024.
Outcome
If left untreated, inguinal hernias can lead to complications such as bowel obstruction, strangulation (where blood supply to the herniated tissue is cut off), and significant pain or discomfort. Surgery is the most common treatment for inguinal hernias to repair the weakened area and prevent these potential complications.
